This website was created to share information and updates about my teaching, podcast, books, and the NYU Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing, and, if you’re so inclined, my dogs. OK, there’s not much about the dogs, but they’re wonderful.

If you’re here to learn about Becoming You, my self-discovery and career-exploration methodology, or the 10-10-10 decision-making system, you’re in the right place. While different in application, both tools have the same intention: Lives of more authenticity, clarity, and alignment, even amidst the sometimes daunting (and often messy) beauty of life.
